The Parish Fiesta will be held on September 24, 25 & 26. Fiesta phone calls for workers are complete now. If you have not been contacted and would like to volunteer, please contact Mrs. Rutherford in the school office between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. Thank you for your support of the Fiesta and remember your assigned shifts.

The Fiesta hours are Friday, 6:00 to 11:00 pm Saturday - Opening Ceremony at 6:30 pm, 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm Sunday, 12:00 to 10:00 pm. Food booths open at 9 am on Sunday. Remember to tell your family and friends about our Fiesta so that we can have a great turnout. See you at the FIESTA!!
Due to the Fiesta, remember that there is no school on Friday, September 23rd and Monday, September 26th.
Pre-sale ride tickets will be available in the school office starting tomorrow morning. The cost for a sheet of tickets is $15.00, which is a $5.00 savings. You may purchase ride tickets In the school office from 7:30 to 3:30·every day.
BAKE SHOP
The "Bake Shop"needs your help and support. We cannot accept any homemade items for any of the food booths. We will give service hours for donated items that are purchased. We are requesting bakery style items only. We will give service hours for donuts and pan dulce but the boxes must have the bakery stamp on them. For every $6.00 you spend, we will credit you with one service hour. All bake shop items may be dropped off after 6:00 on Friday evening or between noon and 9 pm on Saturday.
FILIPINO BOOTH
If you have volunteered to donate supplies for the FIlipino food booth, please remember to bring it as directed. They are counting on you and your donations.
SECURITY GROUP
The security group is counting on your help. Remember the times you've agreed to work and please show up on time.
If you have not been contacted to work at the Fiesta, please contact Mrs. Rutherford in the office on Friday morning. Remember your assigned shifts and please allow time to find parking. All parent volunteers need to meet at the table in the big church parking lot at their assigned start times. Start times are:
- Friday - 5:45 pm
- Saturday - 11:30 am, 3:30 pm, 7 pm
- Sunday - 11:30 am, 4:30 pm
