St. Joseph has special tuition rates for families. Tuition is paid through FACTS in twelve monthly payments. In addition to tuition and an annual book and supply fee, parents are asked to perform service hours each year, as well as purchase SCRIP. There are also fundraisers held throughout the year that help in keeping tuition rates at an affordable level.

The rates stated below are for tuition only. All other fees (registration, book & supply, service hours, fundraising) will be paid directly to St. Joseph School.

There is a yearly processing fee of $35.00 for each family using the FACTS program. This fee will be collected directly from your account in May or June by the FACTS Company. If you choose to pay the tuition in full, the payment is due in the school office on June 1, 2010.

To qualify for the discounted, in parish tuition rate, your family must be registered with St. Joseph Parish and use the parish envelope every Sunday. We will check the 2010 calendar year for envelope usage. Envelopes dropped in the parish center mailbox or double envelopes dropped on one Sunday do not count as attendance.

Registration Fee: There is a $50.00 registration fee for each student applying to, or re-entering St. Joseph School. This fee is non-refundable.

Book & Supply Fee: The book & supply fee for each student is $250.00 for the 2009-2010 school year.  This fee is non-refundable and due before August 28, 2009.  A late charge of $10.00 per month will be added to all accounts not paid by the due date.

Service Hour Requirement: In addition to tuition each family must work 40 hours of service to the School.  Your completed service hour sheet is due in the office before May 30, 2010.  If you do not work or complete your service hours, the $320.00 service hour fee is payable to the office before April 30, 2010.

SCRIP Program: In addition to tuition each family must purchase $300.00 per month, August through May, of SCRIP (grocery store certificates), for a total of $3000.00 per year. If you do not purchase SCRIP, you must pay the penalty of $30.00 per month, for a total of $300.00 per year.

Cobro de Registracion: El cobro de registracion es de $50.00 por eada estudiante aplicado por prhnera vez o regresando a la Escuela San Jose. El cobro no se puede devolver.

Cobro para Libros y Suplementos: El cobro para libros y suplementos para el ano escolar 2009-2010 es de $250.00 por cada estudiante.  Este cobro no se puede devolver y es debido antes del 28 de agosto de 2009.  Un cobro de $10.00 por mes se le va a anadir a todas las cuentas que no sean pagodas para la fecha debida.

Requisito de Horas de Servicio: Y ademas de la colegiatura cada familia debe trabajar 40 horas de servicio en la escuela.  La hoja completa con las horas de servicio se tiene que entregar a la oficina antes del 30 de mayo de 2010.  Si no trabaja o completa sus horas de servicio, el plazo para pagar los $320.00 de las horas de servicio se vence el 30 de abril del 2010.

Programa de Certificados: Y ademas de la colegiatura cada familia debe comprar $300.00 de certificados (certificados de tienda de comestibles), por un total de $3000.00 por ano.  Si no compra los certificados, tiene que pagar la multa de $30.00 por mes, por un total de $300.00 por ano.
